Overview

Shopper behaviour has changed and the Convenience sector has seen significant growth; but the beer and cider industry has not adapted quickly enough to meet shopper needs. In the last 5 years total sales in Convenience have grown by 30%, yet Beer and Cider has underperformed.

We created 60 Second Shop, a B2B programme that gives convenience store retailers advice that will help them grow their business, by making their shoppers experience easier and better that they will increase their basket spend. We recognised that both shopper and retailer are time starved. As such ’60 Second Shop’ became a programme offering retailers advice and content in 60 seconds that would be easier to digest and be focused on putting the shopper and their needs first, that would make for a better, faster, shopping experience that would help increase sales.
